Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to customers, showcasing your knowledge of our products and making their shopping experience memorable.

  • Transaction Management: Efficiently complete transactions using our POS system, ensuring accuracy and a smooth checkout process for our customers.

  • Order Management: Take and fill customer orders promptly, demonstrating a commitment to delivering excellent service.

  • Inventory Maintenance: Keep our shelves well-stocked, locate back stock items, and contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the store.

  • Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with customers, team members, and management, promptly addressing inquiries and issues.

  • Resourceful Support: Locate and provide additional resources, such as ingredient lists for customers, showcasing your dedication to going above and beyond.

  • Collaboration: Work seamlessly with your team to address challenges and contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 16.

  • Ability to lift 30-50lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.

  • Excellent customer service skills with a warm and friendly demeanor.

  • Team-oriented mindset with efficient communication abilities.

  • Positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn.

  • Dependable and punctual with consistent availability, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail and/or customer service.

  • Driver's License

  • Ability to work Holidays and Weekends

Job Details

  • Full time and Part time positions available

  • Hourly rate $13-16 based on experience

  • Employees make an hourly rate + TIPS
